Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Piripono Te Kura Whakahou ki Ōtara (4205) Board (“Board”), as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 August 2022, Notice No. 2022-go3575.

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
