Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”) and in the matter of mortgage over goods under commercial loan facility agreements dated 9 March 2021 and 6 December 2022 (together, “Security Agreements”) over the mortgaged goods described below (“Collateral”).
Heartland Bank Limited (3152425), being the mortgagee under the Security Agreements (“Mortgagee”), gives notice in accordance with section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below (“Collateral”) on 5 December 2024, following the failure of the mortgagor, Douglas Lawrence Kendall, to comply with the terms of the Security Agreements.
