Notice of Entry Into Possession of Mortgaged Property
Notice is hereby given that Plan B Finance Limited (“secured party”) as secured party under financing statement F58R6KZBT7WN5N27 (“security interest”) granted by Containers & More Limited (in liquidation) (“grantor”) has, on 4 December 2024, entered into possession of the grantor’s charged property (as defined below) pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007.
Charged property means all of the debtor’s present and after-acquired personal property, and all of the debtor’s present and future rights in relation to any personal property, including proceeds (as that term is defined by the Personal Property Securities Act 1999 (“PPSA”)), whether or not it be property to which the PPSA applies (including, without limitation, the debtor’s present and future right to any money, negotiable instruments or chattel paper) and all of the debtor’s present and after acquired other property as defined in a general security agreement dated 28 September 2021 granting a security interest by the debtor in favour of the secured party. The expression “charged property” shall as it relates to personal property be synonymous with the term “collateral” as it is defined by the PPSA.
