Mortgagors: Frank Siuata Ene, Jacob Junior Ene, and the estate of the late Falemua Eneliko.

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”), and in the matter of mortgage instrument 11712223.3 (“Mortgage”).

Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 2, 110 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Auckland in proceeding CIV-2024-404-2297 dated 5 November 2024 and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, the Mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below.

Description of Mortgaged Land: 16 Hardie Street, Mangere East, Auckland contained and described in Record of Title NA2C/1209, North Auckland Land Registry, Lot 87 Deposited Plan 52386.
