Public Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”) and in the matter of mortgage over goods under commercial loan facility agreements dated 19 December 2023 (041) and 23 January 2024 (042), and all variations thereto (“Security Agreements”) over the mortgaged goods described below.
Heartland Bank Limited (3152425), being the mortgagee under the Security Agreements (“Mortgagee”), gives notice in accordance with section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below (“Collateral”) on 25 November 2024, following the failure of the mortgagor, GW Transport Limited (in liquidation), to comply with the terms of the Security Agreements.
