Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

Notice is hereby given that on 14 November 2024, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Roadstar Transport Limited to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.
