In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the Mortgage over goods a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 5 October 2022 and a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 2 May 2023 (“Mortgage”) over a 2017 Hyundai R235LCR-9 with dig bucket and trench bucket (Serial No.: HHKHZ604TH0000504) and a 2023 Hyundai R17Z-A mini excavator (Serial No.: HHKHMJ04KE0002186) (“Collateral”).

Notice is hereby given that on 1 November 2024, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Henderson Auto Parts (2005) Limited to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.
