Notice of Entry Into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the Mortgage over goods (a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 23 April 2021) (“Mortgage”) over a 2017 JLG30E Boom Lift, Serial No.: 0300021257; a 2021 Skyjack SJ3219 Electric Scissor Lift, Serial No.: 22145424; a 2021 Skyjack SJ3219 Electric Scissor, Serial No.: 60008941; and a 2021 SJ4726 Electric Scissor Lift, Serial No.: A102001799 (“Collateral”).
Notice is hereby given that on 25 October 2024, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Triangle Steel Construction Limited (in liquidation) to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.
The registered office of the Mortgagee is Level 3, Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
