In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the Mortgage over goods (a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 26 June 2024) (“Mortgage”) over a 2005 Caterpillar Roller 150G Propac, Serial No.: 146183, and a 2017 Hitachi 130 LCN Excavator ZAXI5, Serial No.: HCMDAQ51H001 (“Collateral”).

Notice is hereby given that on 25 October 2024, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Civex Construction Limited to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.
