In the matter of section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”) and in the matter of mortgage over goods under an Extend Business Facility Agreement dated 2 September 2020 and the Specific Security Agreement (“Goods”) dated 4 September 2024 (“Security Agreements”) over the mortgaged goods described below

Marac, a division of Heartland Bank Limited, being the mortgagee under the Security Agreements (“Mortgagee”), gives notice in accordance with section 156(1)(a)(ii) of the Property Law Act 2007 that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below (“Collateral”) on 24 October 2024, following the failure of the mortgagor, Ideal Haulage Limited, to comply with the terms of the Security Agreements.

  1. 2011 Volvo Fh 450 Truck, Registration No.: FSL563, VIN: YV5AG40G6AD132932.
  2. 1997 Road Master FG Trailer, Registration No.: 5977H.

Address of Mortgagee

The registered address of the Mortgagee is: Marac, a division of Heartland Bank Limited, Level 3, Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland 1023.
