Mortgagors: Dale Grier Jones and Michelle Stephanie Irvine in their capacity as trustees of the Bones Family Trust.

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”), and in the matter of mortgage instrument 2503659.3 (“Mortgage”).

Secure Funding Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Level 2, 110 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Invercargill in proceeding CIV-2024-425-82 dated 14 October 2024 and section 139(1)(c) of the Act, the Mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below.

Description of Mortgaged Land: 54 Dudley Street, Grasmere, Invercargill, comprised and described in Record of Title SLB1/749, Southland Registry, Lot 23 Deposited Plan 47.
