Notice of Entry Into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the Mortgage over goods (two Commercial Loan Facility Agreements both dated 5 March 2024) (“Mortgage”) over a 2014 Scania R620 articulated truck, Registration No.: HNJ634, VIN: YS2R6X40005322996, a 2002 Roadmaster SG 3A-76B commercial trailer, Registration No.: 195AR, VIN: 7A8KD010202149801, a 2002 Roadmaster SG 2A-76 commercial trailer, Registration No.: 196AR, VIN: 7A8KD010202161819, a 2015 Freightliner FRL Argosy truck, Registration No.: JHA960, VIN: 1FVMAWDR9FLGD2662 and a 2015 Domett E2001 H commercial trailer, Registration No.: 2R162, VIN: 7A9E20016F1023389 (“Collateral”).
Notice is hereby given that on 30 September 2024, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Clough Transport Limited (in liquidation) to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.
