Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the Mortgage over goods (an Extend Business Facility Agreement dated 20 July 2020) (“Mortgage”) over a 2015 Case Maxxum 140 tractor, Registration No. B4CCY, Serial No. ZEBE51556 (“Collateral”).
Notice is hereby given that on 25 September 2024, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Whakatane Hi Trim Contractors Limited (in liquidation) to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.
The registered office of the Mortgagee is Level 3, Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
