Notice is hereby given that on 16 August 2024, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Te Rakau Transport Limited (in liquidation) to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.
The registered office of the Mortgagee is Level 3, Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
