In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the Mortgage over goods (a Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 21 March 2024 and a Second Commercial Loan Facility Agreement dated 21 March 2024) (“Mortgage”) over a 2017 Man TGS Truck, Registration No.: KWW429, VIN: WMA30SZZ0HM740083; 2017 Domett E2001 Trailer, Registration No.: 7Y939, VIN: 7A9E2001XH1023639; 2018 Domett E2001 Commercial Trailer, Registration No.: 9N488, VIN: 7A9E20019J1023699; 2018 Hino 700 Fyleulg VXA truck, Registration No.: LHJ532, VIN: JHDFY1EULXXX10331; and a 2015 Isuzu Giga Truck with Roadmaster Truck, Registration No.: JFG334, VIN: JALCYJ52TA7000086 (“Collateral”).

Notice is hereby given that on 14 August 2024, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Pamata Transport Limited (in liquidation) to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.

The registered office of the Mortgagee is Level 3, Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
