In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of a mortgage over 2023 Ford Everest U704 MY24.00 Platinum Wagon 7st 5dr (“Property”), notice is hereby given that on 31 July 2024, Skyline Car Finance (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Property following the failure of the Mortgagor, Accurate Roofing Limited, to remedy a default notice served on 17 June 2024.
