Notice of Entry Into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of a mortgage over 2022 Nissan Navara SL NP300 MY19 SL 450. Utility Dual Cab 4dr (“Property”).
Notice is hereby given that on 29 July 2024, Nissan Financial Services (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Property following the failure of the Mortgagor, Real Steel Reinforcing Limited, to remedy a default notice served on 26 June 2024.
The registered office of the Mortgagee is 261 Roscommon Road, Wiri, Auckland 2104, New Zealand.
