2004 Volvo FH12 460 articulated truck, Registration No.: MNF239, VIN: YV5A4CED24D125479 (“Collateral”).

Notice is hereby given that on 18 July 2024, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, JTS Transport Limited (in liquidation) to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.

The registered office of the Mortgagee is Level 3, Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
