Notice to Creditors and Other Claimants Against Estate

If you have any claim against the estate of Joan Veronique McNeil of Auckland, Retired who died on 31 May 2024 you are now required to send details of all your claims to the undermentioned solicitors for the executor not later than 30 days from the date on which this notice is given.

You are warned that, after such date, the estate may be administered or distributed having regard only to the claims received.

If any claim was already due for payment at the time the deceased died, you must say so when sending in the details of that claim.

This notice has been published under the Trusts Act 2019, section 79.
