2. The mortgaged property is legally described as Lot 30 Deposited Plan 327235 and ¼ share Lot 65, Deposited Plan 327235, Identifier 110662 (North Auckland Land Registry). The mortgaged property occupies 537m² more or less and ¼ share 118m² more or less.
