Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

1. It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the New Zealand Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
2. Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 15 November 2024.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.

The wind-down of the company is purely administrative and results from an inactive company entity that holds no assets and provides no services to clients.

This voluntary liquidation reflects that the company structure is no longer required. The process has been carefully considered, and there is no impact on solvency of other Rutherford Rede companies.
