Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency Limited, was appointed receiver and manager of the above-named company on 15 July 2024 at 4.00pm under the terms of a general security agreement dated 22 March 2024. The property in receivership is all present and after-acquired property.

All receivers and managers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
