Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 and in the matter of A SPEC ENGINEERING LIMITED, APEX TRAFFIC LIMITED, ASTRO BUILDERS LIMITED, BROWNS SPRINKLER CONTRACTING LIMITED, LEISURE POOLS AUCKLAND SOUTH LIMITED, NATIONWIDE BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED, SARMAK LIMITED, SUNHILL DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, THE REVELL FAMILY GROUP LIMITED and WHANGAREI SITE WORKS LIMITED (all in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that:

1. It is intended that the above-named companies be removed from the Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidations have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
2. Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 9 February 2024.
