Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that the joint liquidators’ final reports for the above companies have been filed with the Registrar of Companies. It is now intended to remove the companies from the register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.

Any objection to the removal of a company under section 321 must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice. Please note, both companies were solvent liquidations.
