Notice to Remove the Above-named Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove MCAF NQM NOMINEES LIMITED, MCAF NO. 6 LIMITED, MCAF NO. 2 LIMITED, MCAF NO. 12 LIMITED, MCAF PLL NOMINEE LIMITED, MCIF NO. 3 LIMITED and MCIF NO. 5 LIMITED (all in liquidation) from the Companies Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

These were solvent liquidations.

The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is 26 April 2024.
