Notice to Remove a Company From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove ARCH LEGACY LIMITED (in liquidation), having its registered office at Level 15, Swanson House,12–26 Swanson Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is 28 January 2024.

This was a solvent liquidation.
