Notice of Approval of a Charitable Scheme Under Part 3 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 in Respect of the Panama Village, Masterton

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 (“Act”), that by order dated 1 August 2024, the Honourable Justice Radich at the Wellington High Court approved a Scheme under Part 3 of the Act replacing an earlier 1966 Charitable Scheme which in turn replaced a charitable trust established by the will of Arthur Powys Whatman (deceased).

The approved Charitable Scheme relates to the Panama Village, at Ngaumutawa Road, Masterton.
