GENERAL MEDICAL STAFF FUND TRUST
Take notice that on Tuesday 18 June 2024 at 11.45am the Trustees of the Healthcare Otago Charitable Trust will move the High Court at Dunedin for orders approving a scheme of arrangement in relation to the charitable fund known as the GENERAL MEDICAL STAFF FUND TRUST.
If approved, the scheme will (a) transfer the fund to the Trustees’ full legal trusteeship and wind it up as a separate trust (b) vary the purposes of the fund to reflect changes in mode of delivery of medical training since the fund was established to ensure that the fund can continue to be appropriately used to support such training.
A copy of the scheme and the Attorney-General’s report thereon may be inspected at the High Court at Dunedin or at the offices of Gallaway Cook Allan Lawyers.
Any person who wishes to oppose the scheme must give written notice of their intention to do so not less than seven clear days before the hearing, to:
