Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal for the Above Company From the Overseas Register

Pursuant to Section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

TELECONSULT ASIA PACIFIC S.L has transferred its business operations to Teleconsult HQ, S.L. and is no longer carrying on business via TELECONSULT ASIA PACIFIC S.L in New Zealand. The directors therefore wish to give notice of the intention to request removal of the company from the Overseas Register.
