Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, EV STEALTH SOLUTIONS PTY LTD, a company incorporated in Australia but having a place of business in New Zealand, intends for its New Zealand Branch to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from 31 October 2024.
