Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CALAMP WIRELESS NETWORKS CORPORATION LIMITED, being a company incorporated in the United States of America and registered as an overseas company under Part 18 of the Act, has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand and will give notice to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the New Zealand Registrar of Overseas Companies not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
