Notice of Cessation of Business in New Zealand

I intend to remove ECOTOP RIPENING AUSTRALIA PTY LTD from the Overseas Register under section 341(3) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Unless written objection to removal of any of the above companies on the grounds that they are still carrying on business in New Zealand is delivered to the Registrar by 7 November 2024, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar is required to remove the companies from the Overseas Register.
