Pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, CEPTES SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED gives notice that it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and is no longer in operation.

The application will be made unless written objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, are delivered to the Registrar by 15 July 2024.
