Notice of Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BGC (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD, a company incorporated in Australia, will cease carrying on business in New Zealand and intends to apply for removal from the New Zealand Register after three months following the date of this notice.
