Notice by Overseas Company of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PACIFIC VENTILATION PTY LTD (Company No: 7945758), an overseas company incorporated in Australia and registered on the New Zealand Overseas Company Register, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand from 1 May 2024 and will give notice to the Registrar of Companies, on or after three months from the date of publication of this notice, of the overseas company’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
