Removal From the New Zealand Companies Register

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that SPENCER STUART STAR AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (New Zealand branch) intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and it will apply for removal from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
