1. On 19 December 2023, an application for putting GM SCIENTIFIC INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (Company Number: 6778013) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2023-404-3069. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 15 March 2024 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
