This document notifies you that:

1. On 4 January 2024, an application for putting TAWHARAU HOUSING TRUST into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2024-463-1. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on Tuesday, 19 March 2024 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant incorporated charitable trust board, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
