This document notifies you that:

1. On 22 November 2023, an application for putting PLYWORLD LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2023-404-2871. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 1 March 2024 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Taiwhan Kang, Mihae Paek and Jay Kang, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level 18, HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010. Documents for service on the plaintiffs may be left at that address for service or:
   1. posted to the solicitor at PO Box 1433, Auckland 1140;
