1. On 14 November 2024, an application for putting BBS HORTICULTURE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton / Kirikiriroa. Its reference number is CIV-2024-419-384. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton / Kirikiriroa on 10 March 2025 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
