1. On 13 November 2024, an application for putting OAKMONT HOMES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2024-404-2949. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 21 February 2025 at 10.45am.
