1. On 18 October 2024, an application for putting FUTURE HOMES NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2024-463-139. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on Tuesday, 3 December 2024 at 10.00am.
