This document notifies you that:

1. On 19 September 2024, an application for putting POOLBOYS LANDSCAPING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2024-441-85. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 28 November 2024 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
