1. On 3 October 2024, an application for putting RED STAG LOGGING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2024-441-87. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 28 November 2024 at 2.15pm.
