1. On 25 September 2024, an application for putting MARINE SAFETY SOLUTIONS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2024-409-501. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 31 October 2024 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
