This document notifies you that:

1. On 9 September 2024, an application for putting STARFLEET INNOTECH LIMITED (trading as Starfleet Innotech Inc.) (previously known as SFIO NZ LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2024-419-274. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 4 November 2024 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Bernie Desingano, whose address for service is 1 St Georges Bay Road, Parnell, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Brett Leeson Martelli of Martelli Yaqub Lawyers Limited, whose address is as noted above.
