1. On 5 September 2024, an application for putting PRECAST SOLUTIONS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2024-404-2248. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 31 October 2024 at 10.00am.
