1. On 20 August 2024, an application for putting AAA DRIVEWAYS TAURANGA (BOP) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2024-470-154. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 4 November 2024 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
