This document notifies you that:

1. On 19 December 2023, an application for putting COOKS TRADING 2012 LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Timaru. Its reference number is CIV-2023-476-30. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Timaru on 26 February 2024 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
