This document notifies you that:

1. On 22 July 2024, an application for putting SWELL ROOFING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2024-412-91. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on 12 September 2024 at 10.00am.
